Group Rates: Group of 5 for 2 nights or more or group of 10 for 1 night or more, less 10% off rack.

1. Payments and Booking Procedures:
   Bookings will be held provisionally for 14 days and then must be confirmed or released.
   
2. A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm booking.
   
3. Full pre-payment is due 30 days prior to arrival of guest.
   
4. Reservations made within 30 days prior to clients arrival will require full pre-payment within 7 working days of having made reservation.
