Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum stay is 3 nights
• Maximum number of 12 people is permitted for one booking
• The rate is valid from May 15th – December 31st
• Tour leaders pay separately (tour rate) regardless of the number of people they’re with.

Included:

The Kauluzi House daily rate includes a private chef; housekeepers; security; pool maintenance and groundskeepers; and an experienced English-speaking safari guide and open game-viewer vehicle. If there are nine or more guests, then a second game viewer and safari guide should be
hired for $250 USD a day. Airport transfers to and from Mfuwe airport, all meals, WIFI, and Zambia taxes are all included in the daily rate.
 Park and conservation fees as well as bar are excluded from the daily rate. Your choice of beverages should be ordered in advance of your arrival. Not all of your choices may be available.

Insurance:

All guests are expected to have travel insurance to cover any cancellations charges.

Children Policy

Much of the charm of Zikomo Safari Camp lies in its tranquil wilderness setting and may therefore not always be appreciated by all children. It is a condition therefore that adults accompanying children take full responsibility for the conduct and safety of their children.

Liability Waiver:

It is essential for every guest to sign an indemnity form and receive a safety briefing upon arrival at camp.

Tour Leaders:

One tour leader per group of clients is permitted. Tour leader price is 150 USD per night which includes meals with the clients. Payment of park and conservation fees apply for international tour leaders. Additional tour leaders pay regular STO prices.

Reservations & Cancellations:

Bookings are provisional unless confirmed within 30 days at which time a 25% deposit is due.

Zikomo Safari Camp reserves the right to cancel any booking that is not confirmed within this period.

Any rooms cancelled within 90 days of arrival will be subject to the following cancellation penalties:

0– 30 days prior to arrival: 100%
31–90 days prior to arrival: 50%
Over 90 days prior to arrival: 25%

Payment:

Full payment must be made within 30 days of the date of arrival. Check the Zikomo Safari Camp’s pre-form for dates of deposit payments required to hold the booking.

Please transfer payment to the bank accounts below. Proof of payment should be forwarded to reservations at reservations@zikomosafari.com at the time of transfer.
